Mom's shortcake recipe.

We get about a flat of strawberries every day right now. It's enough to make a guy want a good shortcake recipe. I like my mom's; it's not too sweet and cake-y. She gave this to me from memory, so fair warning, some of the measurements may be off. I'll let you know in a few days.

2 c. flour
3-5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (maybe?)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter (margerine, whatever)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter. Mix in the other ingredients. Put it all in a pan. Bake it at 4:25 or so, for 12 minutes or so, and then leave it in a little longer.
